• FriendZon is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you have any complaints or reservations, or feel the product you received is not up to your expectations, you can reach out to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns. • Returns and refunds are applicable only if the product received is broken or unfit for use. If you believe your product fits these criteria, you may be eligible for a return or a refund. However, we cannot accept returns due to mismatched expectations wrong item ordered or simply a change of heart
• We ask that you inspect your products as soon as you receive them. If the item is broken or unfit, please report this to our customer service team within three (5) days of receiving your product. Any claims after this period cannot be processed.
• Please contact our customer service team at support@friendzon.in or 7011001749 (Whatsapp Only) within 5 days. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We may also request photographs of the damaged or unfit item. After we confirm your product is eligible for a return, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
• After we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to confirm the damage or defect. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. However, if the return is due to our error (for example, you received a broken or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• we begin processing orders promptly to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Therefore, we allow cancellations on prepaid orders within two (3) hours of placing the order. After this 3-hour window, we are unable to accept cancellations for prepaid orders. If you need to make a cancellation within the stipulated time, please contact our customer service team at support@friendzon.in with your order number.
